Heather qualified in 1991 in Holistic Massage and Anatomy and Physiology since then she has had al Massage Practice in Northwood. She is a specialist in Vodder manual Lymphatic drainage which is widely used in the management of lymphedema after cancer treatment.

Carolyn has a Masters in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. As well as her own private practice, she also works in an NHS Specialist Psychotherapy Department and in university student counselling.

Carolyn’s approach is focused on the specific needs of each client. She works with wide ranging issues and provides a safe space to explore difficulties as well as objectives. Time frames vary; some clients prefer short term work while others choose to work over medium or longer periods.
